We are located at the center of the beautiful Sotogrande residencial area. One of the most exquisite residencial developments on the mediterranean coast. Here you will find the amazing properties, hotels and sports facilities.

EQUIPMENT
We use BASI Systems ® Pilates equipment in our studio. The newest equipment available. It is hand crafted with care and state-of-the art engineering methodologies. Using beech wood for sturdiness, aerospace-grade aluminum for durability and smooth transitions, antibacterial vinyl to resist wear-and-tear and orthopaedic cushioning for extraordinary comfort.
The equipment is designed by BASI founder, Rael Isacowitz, the internationally respected Pilates teacher, author, lecturer and creator of Pilates repertoire and apparatus.
We offer Trapeze table (Cadillac); Reformer; Arm Chair (Avalon); Wunda Chair; Spine Corrector and all with the added F2 System for more repertoire.

FACILITIES
We offer brand new facilities, handicapped friendly. A safe, stress-free environment with the highest standard in comfort. Our changing rooms are equipped with lockers, showers and restrooms. Mineral water, magazines and little things to eat are available in our reception area. Our main area, our Pilates room is a very spacious well lighted open plan with all the necessary equipment and accessories.
For even more comfort you will be able to park for free right in front of the studio!
