Aconsejamos su uso pues proveen una base anti-deslizante muy útil al realizar ejercicios de Pilates suelo o máquinas. Además, su diseño con compartimentos para cada dedo de tus pies permite mantener el pie en su posición natural y alineación correcta. Esto beneficia tanto el comfort como la estabilidad del resto del cuerpo.

Pilates socks ToeSox
From tomorrow, Toesox will be available to buy at our studio, DARTE Pilates ® en Sotogrande. We offer different sizes, colours and designs for women and men.
We recommend their use as they give a nice anti-slip surface, really good to perform Pilates exercises on the mat or with equipment. They provide the perfect fit for your feet. Toesox allow a specific compartment for each toe which enables the foot to be in its natural position and correct alignment. This gives more comfort and stability to the entire body.
They are manufactured with organic cotton that makes them soft and resistant. Available in many colours and designs, they are the perfect alternative to traditional socks.
