Private Pilates sessions of personal training are one to one. 1 person with 1 instructor. These type of sessions are the best for people with particular conditions or objectives.
For all those who can afford them!
But also for people with very specific needs, because of their own objectives or a particular body condition that would limit the benefits of “Group classes”.
WHAT ARE THEY?
A Pilates class or session normally starts with a warm-up, followed by exercises aimed at working all body areas with some stretching in between. We always use Pilates equipment in our studio as well as props when needed to help you or challenge you even more.
WHAT SHALL I WEAR?
Comfortable sportswear is recommended.
The more stretched to your body, the better but as long as you are comfortable.
Anti-slip Pilates socks are compulsory unless otherwise advised by your instructor. You can buy them in sports shops or very soon in our studio.
We recommend you tie you hair with soft materials that will do you no arm when lying supine, do not use body creams before class otherwise you might slip and it can get dangerous, or do not wear unnecessary jewellery that will get on your way while moving.
